Orders & Payments

We accept all major payment methods, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and Net Banking via our secure payment gateways.

Payments can fail due to incorrect card details, bank server issues, or 3D secure authentication failure. Please try an alternative payment method like UPI.

No. The price you see on the product page is the final price. Any applicable taxes will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Downloads & Shipping

Since we deal in digital assets, there is no physical shipping. You will receive an instant download link on the checkout page and a copy via email immediately after payment.

Most of our assets require specific software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or a Canva account. Please check the “Software Requirements” section on the product page before buying.

No worries! You can log in to your Pixmart account at any time and re-download your purchased assets from the “My Downloads” section.

If there is a technical error in the delivery, please notify us within 24 hours. We will verify the order and send the correct file to your registered email.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not accept cancellations once the download link has been issued.

Yes. If our system confirms a duplicate purchase of the exact same asset by the same account, we will process a refund for the duplicate transaction.

If a file is technically faulty and we cannot provide a working replacement within 48-72 hours, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
