Since our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we offer a specialized Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure fairness for both our creators and customers.

By purchasing from www.pixmart.in, you agree to the following terms:


1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on Pixmart are “intangible” digital goods. Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be “returned” once they have been accessed or downloaded. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and the download link has been generated or accessed.

2. Eligibility for Refund

We understand that technical issues can occur. You may be eligible for a refund only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same product twice in two separate transactions, we will refund the second purchase.

  • Technical Corruption: If the downloaded file is corrupted or broken and our technical team cannot provide a working replacement within 48-72 hours.

  • Product Misrepresentation: If the delivered file is significantly different from what was shown in the product preview or description (e.g., you bought a Photoshop file but received a JPEG).

  • Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the download link and our system confirms that no download attempt was made from your account.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing/downloading.

  • You do not have the required software to edit the file (e.g., purchasing a PSD file without having Adobe Photoshop).

  • You lack the technical expertise to use the product (e.g., not knowing how to run an AI prompt).

  • The product was purchased by mistake but the file has already been downloaded.

  • Dissatisfaction with the creative style of the asset (previews are provided for this reason).

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders in Progress: Since digital delivery is usually instant, cancellations are only possible if the transaction fails or the download link has not been generated.

  • Subscription Cancellation: If Pixmart introduces a subscription model in the future, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, payments already made for the current billing cycle will not be refunded.

  • Account Termination: If a user’s account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., illegal redistribution of assets), all pending downloads and access will be revoked without a refund.

5. Refund Request Process

If you believe you meet the criteria for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@pixmart.in within 24 to 48 hours of the purchase.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order ID, the email address used for purchase, and a clear reason for the refund request (including screenshots if there is a technical error).

  3. Review Period: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.

  4. Processing: If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Credit Card, etc.) within 7-10 working days, depending on your bank’s policy.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect our creators, Pixmart monitors download activity. If we detect a pattern of “serial refunding” (buying products and claiming refunds repeatedly), we reserve the right to ban the account and deny any future refund requests.
