“Creator/Seller” refers to individuals or entities who list their designs for sale on Pixmart.
2. Account Registration
To purchase or sell on Pixmart, you must create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You must provide accurate and complete information.
Pixmart reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Pixmart Digital Solutions and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Pixmart. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
Pixmart™ is a trademarked brand. Any unauthorized use of the name or logo is strictly prohibited.
Users are granted a limited license to access and use the platform for personal or commercial purposes as defined by the specific product license purchased.
4. License Types for Digital Assets
Every digital product purchased on Pixmart comes with a specific license:
Personal License: For non-commercial use only (e.g., a personal social media post).
Commercial License: Allows use in business projects, client work, or marketing.
Restriction: You may NOT sub-license, resell, or redistribute the original raw files (e.g., PSD, AI, or Canva links) as your own on any other marketplace.
5. Product Accuracy & AI Prompts
Editable Templates: We strive to ensure all templates are functional. However, users may need specific software (like CorelDraw, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) to use them.
AI Prompts: Results from AI prompts can vary based on the AI model version (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.). Pixmart does not guarantee identical results every time but ensures the prompt logic is sound.
6. Payments and Refunds
Pricing: All prices are listed in INR (or local currency) and are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of Digital Downloads, all sales are final. Once a file is downloaded, we cannot offer a refund.
Exception: If a file is technically corrupt or misrepresented, please contact support@pixmart.in within 24 hours of purchase.
Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes based on their location.
7. User Conduct & Content Submission
If you upload content to Pixmart as a Creator:
You must own the rights to the content. Plagiarism or copyright infringement will result in immediate account ban and legal action.
You grant Pixmart a non-exclusive right to display, market, and distribute your work on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pixmart Digital Solutions will not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
9. External Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (like Hostinger for hosting or payment gateways). We have no control over the content or privacy policies of these external sites and are not responsible for them.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the platform or us.
