1. Overview & Scope
Pixmart Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Pixmart”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information and privacy rights. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, store, and safeguard your data when you visit our website, register an account, purchase digital products, or participate in our referral program.
We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum necessary information required to deliver our services, enforce security, and comply with Indian statutory requirements:
Your full name, mobile number, email address, password (hashed using cryptographic salt), and sponsor/referral linkage.
Order history, purchased digital products, GST invoices, and Razorpay transaction reference IDs. (We do NOT store credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs).
Permanent Account Number (PAN), uploaded PAN card document, address proof document, and Bank Account details (Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC) or UPI ID. All sensitive fields are masked by default across administrative interfaces.
IP addresses, browser/device types, session tokens, and audit logs required for security monitoring, preventing self-referral fraud, and ensuring access integrity.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
We process your personal information strictly for legitimate business and regulatory purposes:
- To provide authenticated access to purchased courses, ebooks, and digital files.
- To issue statutory 18% GST tax invoices and maintain accounting records.
- To calculate 3-tier affiliate commissions and manage wallet balances.
- To verify identity (KYC) and deduct mandatory 5% TDS under Section 194H of the Income Tax Act prior to bank payouts.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent multi-accounting, unauthorized file distribution, and bot abuse.
4. Data Protection & Security Architecture
Pixmart implements industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards:
- All web traffic is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).
- Sensitive customer data (such as bank details and PAN documents) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 bit encryption.
- Administrative access adheres strictly to the principle of least privilege (Role-Based Access Control) with audit logs recorded for every sensitive action.
- Administrative viewers see PAN and bank details masked by default; un-masking requires elevated permissions and records an immutable audit log.
5. Sharing of Information
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
Data is shared strictly with authorized service providers who require access to execute services on our behalf:
- Payment Aggregators (Razorpay): For payment authorization and invoice generation.
- Banking Partners: For processing withdrawal transfers (IMPS/NEFT) to your verified bank account.
- Government & Statutory Authorities: When required by lawful order, tax auditing (Income Tax Department for TDS Form 16A), or GST regulatory mandates.
